Cancellation Disclaimer
All balances must be paid in full prior to cancellation. If an outstanding balance remains after cancellation, your account may be sent to a collection agency or pursued through your local County Court via Small Claims.
No refunds will be issued for partial months of service. Please review our Terms of Service for full details.
If switching to another ISP: You must provide the name of the new ISP, any promotional deals or special pricing offered, and list any service issues you experienced. Failure to include this information will result in the cancellation form being considered incomplete.
