Your WiFi password is usually printed on a sticker on the bottom or side of your router. It may be labeled as “Wireless Password,” “WiFi Key,” or “WPA Key.”
If the password was changed during installation, Northwest Ohio Broadband may have provided it on your setup paperwork or left it on a card near your equipment.
Start by checking your router and power supply. Make sure everything is plugged in securely and that no power strips are switched off.
Next, restart your router by unplugging it for 10–15 seconds and plugging it back in.
If the service still doesn’t return after a few minutes, there may be an area-wide outage — simply contact Northwest Ohio Broadband and we’ll check your connection.
If our support line is busy or after-hours, leave a message and our team will return your call as soon as possible.
You can also check for outage updates or send us a message through our website or customer portal. Northwest Ohio Broadband monitors support requests and responds as quickly as possible.
Look for the indicator lights on your router. A router with power will show at least one solid or blinking light.
If all lights are off, the device may not be receiving power — check the power cable, outlet, and any surge protectors.
If lights are on but the internet still isn’t working, your router may just need a quick reboot.
Northwest Ohio Broadband has been the most reliable internet provider we’ve ever had. The speeds are consistent, and the installation was quick and professional. Highly recommended!
