NWO-BB PBX Basic Hosted Plan provides a reliable, high-quality Virtual PBX service that is locally hosted by Northwest Ohio Broadband. This essential plan, available for $24.95 per month (pricing is based on a per-call basis), includes all standard features necessary for business communication, such as Inbound and Outbound Calls, Blind and Attended Call Transfer, Voicemail (including Voicemail to Email), Music on Hold, Call Waiting, Caller ID, and Call Forwarding. Crucially, the Basic Plan ensures seamless productivity by allowing employees to Work from Home with the same features as any PBX user, and provides Network Access to ring one extension across multiple locations concurrently or sequentially.

For businesses requiring advanced control and capacity, the NWO-BB PBX Premium Hosted Plan offers a Private Hosted Virtual PBX, managed locally for maximum security, for $44.95 per month (which includes Unlimited Local & Long Distance). The Premium Plan builds upon the basic features by adding a Web User Interface, Call History, Voicemail Transfer to Email or SMS, Mobile App access for Android or iPhone, and robust call management features like Call Recording, Call Queuing, Intercom Simultaneous Ring, Call Park, and Anonymous Call Rejection. It includes advanced CALL FORWARDING FEATURES (Always, When Busy, When Unanswered, When Offline) and comprehensive AUTO-ATTENDANT FEATURES (Dial By Name, Directory, Time Frames, Conferencing) to automate customer routing. Finally, the PBX Administration Plan is available for $19.95 per month to ensure the consistent flexibility of your custom phone system. This plan is essential for covering non-service affecting support requests and administrative feature changes beyond the initial setup, such as User maintenance, Queue changes, Custom recordings for greetings, Auto-attendant changes, and Time-of-day-based call routing. Customers not enrolled in the PBX Administration Plan will incur the standard labor rate of $65.00/hour with a half-hour minimum for these administrative services (service affecting issues like outages are covered under the standard agreement).
