Refer a new customer to Northwest Ohio Broadband and you may receive
one month of free service after the new customer has been installed
and maintained active service for three months.
The new customer must tell Northwest Ohio Broadband who referred them
so we can properly apply the referral credit once the requirements are met.

Three simple steps
Refer Someone
Tell a friend, family member or neighbor about Northwest Ohio Broadband.
They Get Installed
The referred customer must qualify for service and complete a new installation.
You Get Rewarded
After the new customer has maintained active service for three months,
the qualifying referral earns you one month of free service.
Make sure they mention your name.
The new customer should tell Northwest Ohio Broadband who referred them
when signing up for service. This allows us to associate the referral
with the correct customer account.
- The referral must be a new Northwest Ohio Broadband customer.
- The referred customer must successfully complete installation.
- The referred customer must remain active for at least three months.
- The referring customer’s name must be provided to Northwest Ohio Broadband.

Refer more than one person?
Each qualifying referral can earn a separate one-month service credit.
If two qualifying customers are referred and both meet the program requirements,
that can mean two months of free service.
