Customer Care Specialist
Department: Customer Service Location: Coldwater, OH (Main Office)
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries (related to billing, service questions, and technical support).

Diagnose and resolve common internet connectivity issues or escalate complex problems to the technical team.

Process service change requests, new sign-ups, and manage customer accounts accurately.

Provide friendly, dependable service that aligns with our local reputation.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and strong organizational skills.

Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is a plus.
